Lynne Hindmarch
Lynne is an organisational psychologist who has a
successful track
record
in career counselling, particularly with senior
executives who are at a crossroads in their careers. She
is experienced in a range of psychometric assessments,
and uses these to help clients increase their
self-awareness.
Lynne is also a qualified coach, with an MA in Coaching
and Mentoring Practice from Oxford-Brookes University.
She mainly coaches people who are at senior executive
levels in organisations, particularly focusing on
helping them identify and minimise barriers to effective
performance at work. She has developed a strong interest
in Emotional Intelligence, and has assessed and coached
a number of senior executives in this area, with results
that have been acknowledged by both the client and the
client’s company.
She also works with teams to develop understanding and
increased effectiveness among team members.
