Coaching skills
Managers and Leaders as Coaches
A programme for managers who would like to use
coaching techniques to develop their people to their
full potential
The full programme consists of 2 workshops, observed
coaching, feedback and learning group support.

The programme is designed to introduce coaching to
managers during a 2 day Foundation workshop, which
is then followed by 6 weeks of actually coaching
individuals. During these 6 weeks, each participant
will be observed during one coaching session,
offered feedback on their coaching skills, develop
an action plan for improving their skills.
Two telephone conferences are also held to support
managers during their practice period
The Consolidation workshop of one day consolidates
the learning and adds more detailed exercises to be
used in coaching.
Coaching supervision
We support trained coaches in private practice and
internal coaches working in businesses to reflect on
and learn from their coaching.
Supervision is, according to Hawkins and Schwenk
(2006)
‘A structured formal process for coaches, with the
help of a coaching supervisor, to attend to
improving the quality of their coaching, grow their
coaching capacity and support themselves and their
practice. Supervision should also be a source of
organisational learning.’
Personal one-on-one and group supervision is
available by our experienced coaches.
